So,I'm challenging myself. I'm challenging myself to what I'm calling a "7 day challenge".
Basically this is what i plan to do:
- 7 days of gentle yoga/ meditation/ me time
- 7 acts of love and random kindness
- 7 days of healthy eating
- 7 days of no alcohol
- 7 days of documenting my journey
I want to forgive.i want to love.Most importantly, i want to change.Change is good.
- "Be the change you wish to see in the world"
It's up to me and only me. I am the only one on MY journey.
I choose change
I choose happiness
I choose forgiveness
I choose love.
It starts tomorrow.
